The hotel of choice in Ravenna. Best base for shopping with hospitable and helpful employees who responded my personal request. Lots of products for an absolutely excellent breakfast. Unbeatable and excellent location, next to restaurants and bars. Again, walking distance to a two - storey mausoleum.

The staff were knowledgeable, perfect and excellent location near by evrything. The room was attractively furnished, perfectly clean and well priced, with a comfortable bed.

Great location near transportation hubs, making it easy to explore the city and nearby beaches. Convenience of walking to famous mosaics and frescos. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.

Room Wi-Fi was unreliable, requiring me to stand near the reception for a signal. The size of the showers and rooms felt cramped.

Hotel staff (or Owner?) was very kind and helpful for tourist . Room was clean and quiet. Very close to the railway station, just one minute walk and easy to find even arriving by a car. Elevator is available. In addition, they kindly allowed me to park a car free of charge for a few hours even after check-out.

I had a great stay in a convenient location, close to both the train station and town center. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was a plus, although logging in frequently was a minor inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Ravenna.

I had a fantastic stay in Ravenna. The hotel's location was perfect, right across from the train station and within walking distance of all the sights. The room was clean and quiet, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ravenna.

The hotel was equal to 3 stars and our double room had a flat-screen TV and a writing table. Everything worked perfectly for us.

Hotel Ravenna is very close to the town centre and easily reachable on foot and also very near the train station. Since we hired a car this hotel has the advantage of having its own car park. Room very clean , breakfast satisfactory and hotel staff very helpfull and nice people.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, only steps away from the train station making it easy to explore the city by foot or bus. You can discover exceptional mosaics and frescos within walking distance of the hotel, and it's also close to the downtown. the breakfast provided is a perfect representation of Italian cuisine and caters for all your needs.

One minor downside is a bit of noise infiltration on one side of the hotel, but you can always request a different room to avoid any disturbances.

Great location, opposite the station so perfect if you're travelling with or without a car because there is also a car park. It's 5 minutes walk into the heart of the town. The room was immaculately clean and smelled lovely and fresh. There was a lift, too, which I really appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

The sound of the shower in the next room was so loud I thought water was coming into my room. I was disappointed that I couldn't buy a glass of wine in the hotel bar. Travelling alone, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because I thought I would be able to have a glass of wine there in the evening. Also, I was surprised to find there was no hairdryer provided- a small point but frustrating! However, these are minor points and I would still recommend this hotel.

Room is clean and bed is ok. Hotel is close to historic center and public transport.

Staff is not really welcoming. Breakfast is very poor. Room looks very old (50's). Guest parking is full most of the time. I'm expecting more than this for the price (We had much better in Bologna for same price).
